Tool Features

Other Notes
■ The Qucker® compound impactor can be used with screw pumps
■ For directional wells, it is recommended to install a near-bit stabilizer between the drill bit and the tool, which can effectively reduce the left drift trend to ensure accurate trajectory control
■ The recommended service life of the tool is 150 hours. When the standpipe pressure drop increases by 2Mpa continuously without change, and the drill bit torque fluctuates greatly, the tool can be judged to have failed. After the tool fails, it is equivalent to a short circuit, but it does not affect continuous operation
■ A mud filter screen must be installed at the wellhead to control the size of the mud particles
