Our company has introduced advanced and mature diamond bit design software from abroad in three phases. We have a number of professional design engineers (including professional hydraulic design engineers). The design cycle for conventional bits can be completed in as little as two days, and the design for conventional bit modifications can be completed within one day.
■Quality Control in Bit Manufacturing Process
Our company is one of the earliest professional manufacturers in China to adopt imported technology for the production of diamond bits. The main quality control items are as follows:
Raw Material Procurement: A supplier quality evaluation system has been established. Important materials, such as composite sheets, undergo abrasion ratio tests and impact resistance tests using specialized equipment to ensure raw material quality.
Bit Manufacturing: A strict traceable manufacturing management system has been established to ensure the quality of each process in bit manufacturing.
Quality Inspection: Complete testing tools and methods are available. In 2015, the company established a bit testing rig to conduct destructive type testing on key products, ensuring product adaptability. For repaired bits, the company employs bit body dyeing inspection, water and airtightness tests, ultrasonic flaw detection, and tensile tests on the bit connector, comprehensively ensuring product quality.
■Guaranteed Bit Production Cycle
Our company has strong equipment capabilities, possessing three sets of professional five-axis machining centers and one set of four-axis machining centers. The company's annual PDC bit production capacity exceeds 4000.
■Guaranteed Timely Delivery
To ensure user production, our company uses a combined transportation mode of railway express and air freight. For urgent products, air express is used. From the time of bit production, delivery to the user's designated location can be as fast as two days.
■On-site Bit Quality Inspection
Our company's sales and service personnel are equipped with professional testing tools (bit gauges) to cooperate with well team technicians in inspecting the bit Model, outer diameter, nozzles and seals, composite sheets, and bit appearance. If any defects are found, they will be replaced immediately, and the relevant responsible persons will be held accountable.
■Bit Accessories Provided
As required, our company can provide users with one set of free bit-specific uncoupling devices and nozzle wrenches; bit nozzles can be provided as spare parts for on-site replacement.
■Spare Bits
According to the seasonal road conditions in the operating area, our company can provide spare PDC bits as required by the user. The well team will fill out and inspect the form and be responsible for storage.
If requested by the user, our company can purchase roller cone bits. If the roller cone bits are provided by the buyer, the cost of the roller cone bits will be deducted during settlement, and our company promises to pay the storage fee as required.
■On-site Service Personnel and Timely Service Guarantee
Our company has professional sales and service engineers and on-site service vehicles in major oil fields. Company designers regularly visit the site to conduct product quality and adaptability surveys. According to user requirements, we will promptly provide product recommendation schemes, product parameter recommendations, product improvement schemes, and provide on-site technical services at any time. Products will be delivered to the user's designated location in a timely manner, and worn bits will be promptly collected.
