Product design capability
Our company has introduced advanced and mature diamond drill bit design software from abroad in three stages, with multiple professional design engineers (including professional hydraulic design engineers). The conventional drill bit design cycle can be completed within two days at the fastest, and the conventional drill bit deformation design can be completed within one day.
Quality control of drill bit manufacturing process
Our company is the earliest professional manufacturer in China to use imported technology to produce diamond drill bits. Since 1987, we have accumulated more than 30 years of mature PDC drill bit manufacturing experience, and have a complete product quality control system and quality inspection methods to ensure that our products meet the following standards:

Raw material procurement: Establish a supplier quality evaluation system, and conduct wear ratio and impact resistance tests on important materials such as composite sheets through professional equipment to ensure the quality of raw materials;
Drill bit manufacturing: A strict traceability manufacturing management system has been established to ensure the quality of each process in drill bit manufacturing;
Quality testing: equipped with comprehensive testing tools and methods. The company established a drill bit test bench in 2015, which can conduct destructive shaping experiments on key products to ensure their adaptability; The company conducts dye testing, water and air tightness testing, ultrasonic testing, and tensile testing on the joint part of the drill bit for repairing the drill bit, ensuring product quality in all aspects.
Ensure the production cycle of drill bits
Our company has strong equipment strength, with three sets of professional five axis machining centers and one set of four axis machining centers. Our annual production capacity of PDC drill bits exceeds 4000.
Timely delivery guarantee
To ensure user production, our company adopts a transportation model combining railway express and air freight. For urgent demand products, air express transportation will be adopted, and the drill bit can be delivered to the user's designated location within two days from the production time.
On site quality inspection of drill bits
Our company's sales and service personnel are equipped with professional testing tools (drill bit gauges) to cooperate with the drilling team's technicians to inspect the drill bit model, outer diameter, nozzle and sealing ring, composite pieces, and drill bit appearance. Once defects are found in the product, they will be replaced as soon as possible, and relevant responsible persons will be held accountable.
Supply of drill bit accessories
According to the requirements, our company can provide users with a free set of drill bit dedicated unloaders and nozzle wrenches; The drill bit nozzle can be provided with spare parts in a timely manner for on-site replacement.
Spare drill bit
According to the seasonal road conditions in the work area, our company can provide spare PDC drill bits according to user requirements. The drilling team will fill out a form for acceptance and be responsible for custody.
If requested by the user, our company can purchase roller drills on our own. If Party A provides the roller drill bit, the cost of the roller drill bit will be deducted from the settlement, and our company promises to pay the storage fee as required.
On site service personnel and timely service guarantee
Our company is equipped with professional sales service engineers and on-site service vehicles in major oil fields, and our design personnel visit the site irregularly to conduct product quality and adaptability research. According to user requirements, we will provide timely product recommendation plans, product usage parameter recommendations, product improvement plans, etc., and provide on-site technical services at any time. The products will be delivered to the user's designated location in a timely manner, and the dull drill bits will be recycled in a timely manner.
